Transportation Options
Arion, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa is easy to reach, located only about 15.5 miles (25 km) from Eleftherios Venizelos, the new Athens International Airport, and the same distance from the city center, a major transportation hub. By Air
The resort has a private heliport, which can be used by guests upon request. Contact us to make arrangements.
By Hotel Shuttle
The resort runs a daily complimentary shuttle service for all guests to and from Athens city center. The shuttle departs the resort each morning at 9:30am, and leaves the city center at 3pm to return to the resort.
By Taxi
Taxi service to the resort is available from the airport, Athens city center, and the main regional port of Piraeus. A taxi from all these locations will cost approximately Euro 20. Note that extra charges apply after midnight.
We are happy to pre-arrange a taxi or limousine pick-up for you from any of these locations, or to pick you up at the resort upon your departure.
By Train
Athens city center has extensive train service connecting it to many other European cities. If you’re arriving in the city by train, you can reach the resort by car, taxi, or our complimentary shuttle.
By Waterway
The major port town of Piraeus is just 15.5 miles (24 km) away, with frequent passenger services from throughout Europe. From there, it’s a 45-minute drive by car or taxi.
